Back in May, Diesel proposed a challenge to up-and-coming bands: impress us and we'll send you on a worldwide tour. Today the winners were announced. Hearts Revolution and The Terror Pigeon Dance Revolt! will be jetting off around the world by the end of the month. But the most important stop, New York City, will be at Webster Hall on July 30th.
