Brooklyn-based artist, Bethany Jean Fancher, created her latest book Cleavage in an attempt to confuse the masses. Arranged in an accordion fold-out style, the book is comprised of images of "cleavage" that are actually photos of butt cleavage instead of boob cleavage. Fancher flawlessly creates the illusions of ample bosoms with strategically arranged limbs and props and pontificates on the subject of female objectification and sexuality. I was tricked and you will be too. This book is awesome!
Check out this video that she made:

The interesting thing anthropologically is that evolutionists believe that when human ancestors began to walk upright, that boobs became big to mimic butts as a sexual sign. Makes it even more interesting!

I love the various scenarios these "women" are posed in, which sort of takes the "female as object vs person" theme deeper while remaining whimsical, playful, and funny (humor being maybe the most effective form of social commentary.)

When I shared this link with my ex-boyfriend, he had this to say (copied from iChat):
"I knew that tits were designed to simulate ass
it's interesting how biology works
that's why humans do it face to face
which is unusual in the animal kingdom
damn women, smartening up and growing fake butts on their chests"
Yes, damn us indeed!
