A tear, a scratch, or a missing buckle can mean a tragic end for a treasured vintage piece, or it can be the beginning of a Shara Porter creation.

Porter travels the country searching through thrift stores, gathering discarded accessories, and returning them to their former glory.

She makes these found objects her own with the addition of a  beautiful, quirky, and often unexpected hand-printed image (like this guinea pig coin purse!)
