Hunger Games fans rejoice! Effie (who'll be played by Elizabeth Banks in the upcoming film adaptation) is now the face of China Glaze’s new line of nail prods, "Capitol Colours." In the ad, Banks-as-Effie is styled in futuristic awesomeness with nutty lashes, violet hair, and the cutest heart-shaped lipstick. China Glaze offers fans twelve new shades, from a drab gray to the sparkliest orange I've ever seen. The browns are also enticing--they have a spicy richness that reminds us of our girl Effie. The polishes will be available on March 1, 2012--hope you can stand the wait.
