Young designer, Timothy K is previewing his Spring 2012 “OPUS II” collection tomorrow night in Brooklyn. His work includes amazing massive couture dresses that will literally blow your mind! The show starts at 7:30 PM this Saturday, March 19th, at Vaudeville Park Gallery.  A graduate from Pratt Institute in NYC, Timothy K’s design aesthetic is progressive, yet classically inspired. There will be free wine and music and a viewing of his insane dresses (one even has a hand-painted mural on it!).

His mission: “I want to create beautiful clothes for the right reasons. Not for fame or money, but as “l'art pour l'art” independent of the claptrap of the modern fashion industry. Clothing to then be worn by a client who understands it's merely an outward expression of the inner self. The type of connection that an art collector has with the purchase of a work of fine art. In the end to have our house’s dogma be an influence, on the evolution in how we perceive our culture.”
