We're superexcited about the upcoming fourth of July holiday. Okay, we admit that's more because it's a three-day weekend and an excuse for a fun backyard party than because of its origins as an important national holiday. It may be a bit difficult to decipher this recipe for Red White and Blue "jellies" from the BBC's Good Food site (gelatin leaves? what the heck?), but the results look like they're worth it.
