Like many of my underemployed and vintage-loving peers, I spend a somewhat absurd amount of time and money on Etsy. Whenever I’m in need of a one-of-a-kind gift, keepsake, or outfit, this vintage and handmade marketplace is always where I begin my search.
Never do I appreciate Etsy more than during the holidays. The site is a veritable treasure trove of unique gifts and fabulous holiday ensembles. And the fact that I can do my eclectic/vintage holiday shopping from my couch rather than the teeming hell pit that is Midtown at Christmas? Priceless.
Here are five gorgeous pieces that would be perfect for any New Year’s Eve party. These vintage beauties come to you from some of my favorite shops on Etsy, and each is sure to please (and very much for sale!). Yes, ordering online can be a little risky (especially where vintage is concerned), but the payoff is well worth taking a couple extra measurements. Enjoy!

1. 1950's Evening Gown from The Vintage Studio

2. 1950's Party Dress from 86Vintage86

3. 1970's Cocktail Dress from Concetta's Closet

4. 1920's Silk Dress, from Dear Golden

5. 1950's Mini Dress from Coral Vintage
