At BUST, we love DIY—it allows you to personalize and pinch pennies too! Plus, we all know that our DIY skills are going to come in mad handy during the zombie apocalypse.
One of our favorite bloggers, How-To Hair Girl, creates hair tutorials to help you do your own ‘do. She covers everything from the “no-poo” trend (not just a clever name) to cool home coloring techniques and hip haircuts.

I am particularly crazy about HTHG’s Patsy Cline-inspired honky-tonk bouffant tutorial. It’s easy to follow and replicate—all you need is a comb, bobby pins, and a pet hair rat. And thus, I will be moonlighting as a country singer for the remainder of the winter season. Yee-haw!
You can check out more modern and vintage looks on HTHG’s site.
