February 26th is going to be a whole lot of feminist fun. At 8:00 P.M Eastern Standard Time PBS will be debuting the documentary “MAKERS: Women Who Make America.” The film will profile ass-kicking female trailblazers and show how women have taken increasingly prominent roles in political, economic, and social arenas. And how better to introduce a documentary on social revolution than with an interview with Gloria Steinem, the patron saint of American feminism and beloved founder of Ms. Magazine. Steinem will be appearing on PBS NewsHour to talk to Senior Correspondent Judy Woodruff about the women’s rights, the feminist movement, and whether women can truly “have it all” (spoiler alert: we totally can). Check your local listings for PBS NewsHour, and remember to set your TiVo for “MAKERS: Women Who Make America.”
