I’ve got big love for this sisters-brother trio from London. I especially dig the downtempo ska vibe of this first single from their upcoming new album, Smoking in Heaven. The phrase “Let’s not get caught” has never held so much weight as it does in the final scene of Thelma & Louise. No matter how many times I’ve seen it (a lot), I still get chills. Last week I caught a screening of Hit So Hard, the documentary about Hole drummer Patty Schemel, and despite some of its flaws (hokey title screens, confusing cuts, and about 20 minutes too many), I highly recommend it for any Hole fans.
