After several years of applying for Iowa's state fair, Leslie Hall was finally granted her childhood dream come true . With weeks of preparation which included rehearsals, new videos, and the construction of massive state fair specific props , Leslie  and the Lys set the stage at 9am on a Tuesday in the pouring rain! However, this didn't stop her and the Lys from giving the crowd of early risers their all.  Proving yet again Mother Gem is a true inspiration.
