Hump Day Jam

Posted by: Molly Simms in Music Stuff |

Last night, Editor Emily and I went to check out a movie screening that we're contractually barred from talking about (but was SO good), and it started with this tune, "Back and Forth," by the Aussie band Operator Please. We hadn't seen the video until today, and are now fully having crushes on every member of the band. This song is pop cotton-candy fluff at its finest, and this video's making us seriously consider buying fashion ... Read More

Vive La Justice

Posted by: Molly Simms in Music Stuff |

I’m embarrassed to admit it, but I should come right out and say it: my name is Molly, and I’m a Francophile. Clichéd, but true—I read French street-style blogs, I am an obsessive stinky-cheese fan, I’ve visited France on multiple occasions, and I studied the language for close to nine years. Everything Is Terrible

Posted by: Molly Simms in Boob Tube |

And most importantly, without the Interwebs, how would I watch the brilliant and mortifying video gems unearthed by Everything Is Terrible? The very ... Read More

Frankkly, I Love This Necklace

You can special-order them by contacting her through her Etsy store ($78, including shipping in the U.S.), where you can also find a selection of other ridiculously cute pieces. I got mine yesterday, and I’m already planning on never taking it off: The mastermind ... Read More

Last night, the BUST staffers had a Ladies Night Out at the premiere party for Portlandia’s season 2. We have huge TV crushes on the IFC hit, and the second season way exceeded our expectations. The two new eps we watched at the party were packed with delightfully insane jokes, new characters (FYI, “We can pickle that!” is the new “Put a bird on it!”), and old pals like the aggressive bike messenger and feminist-bookstore owners. ...
