Drop into the Craftacular’s DIY Den this Saturday (easy to find: conveniently located next to the bar!) and you’ll be able to drop spindle and have a whirl at spinning your own yarn. Yes, pick up a copy of BUST when you arrive, wherein you’ll be able to read all about hand spinning, before checking out a live demonstration of this technique.

Showing off their spindle skills will be Rachael Matthews and Louise Harries, the yarn-tastic ladies behind Bethnal Green’s hip knitting store Prick Your Finger (it’s just round the corner from York Hall, so pay a visit while you’re in the ‘hood).
