The King gets Kosher with New York's all-star, all-Kosher cast of Jewish burlesque and variety performers hit Supreme Trading for a 'Death Week' tribute to Elvis Presley. One part Borscht Belt, one part Memphis Mafia, BLUE SUEDE JEWS will rock with the chosen talents of Adam the First Real Man, the Lady Aye, Minnie Tonka, Precious Little, Bastard Keith, and Fleur de Leibowitz in commemoration of The King's yarzheit, or the commemoration of the dead, on the actual anniversary of Elvis' passing.
Inspired by every Elvis incarnation from Sun Records to the Vegas years; the evening promises to make audiences 'stop, look and listen' with sideshow thrills, striptease skills and a song or two along the way. The show will be followed by a rockabilly record hop with legendary New York DJ and resident Shabbos Goy, Gregg 'The Dutchman' Van Vranken.
tickets $10
Supreme Trading: 213 N. 8th Street, Williamsburg, Brooklyn
