MoMA THE MUSEUM OF MODERN ART In conjunction with the exhibition Kirchner and the Berlin Street, PopRally invites you to a night of postmodern cabaret and desperate nostalgia acts conceived and hosted by performance artist Isengart. Featured performers include Grandpa Musselman and the Syncopators; Amber Ray; Lady Rizo; Sanda Weigl with Shoko Nagai; and Rami Ramirez. A live installation by Machine Dazzle is also on view. Kirchner and the Berlin Street brings together German Expressionist artist Ernst Ludwig Kirchner's spectacular Street Scene paintings. Street life captured Kirchner's eye, inspiring him to make paintings that exude the vitality, sexuality, decadence, and mood of imminent danger that characterized Berlin on the eve of World War I.
