Inspired by, and in celebration of MoMA’s Andy Warhol: Motion Pictures exhibition, PopRally invites you to experience your own sixty seconds of fame. Following an exclusive viewing, guests will be given the opportunity to record their own “screen test,” directed by the artist Conrad Ventur, who has created a series restaging ten of Warhol’s original screen tests.
Screen tests recorded by guests of the events will be projected on the walls of MoMA’s Marron Atrium, and uploaded to the PopRally and the Andy Warhol: Moving Pictures websites.
Admission is $15 in advance, $17 at the door, and include a cocktail reception and a ticket to record one screen test. Tickets are available online at MoMA’s website. Participants must be twenty one or older.
