Armed with a $5,000 inheritance in 1996, Nancy Lublin founded Dress for Success to provide interview suits and career training to underprivileged women. In 2003, determined to help young people change the world, Lublin became CEO of www.DoSomething.org. At age 38, Liz Morrill launched Fizzy Lizzy, an all-natural drink combining fruit juice and seltzer. Both women demonstrated strong belief in their ideas, indomitable determination and the desire to make a difference.
