First of all, happy Women's History Month!

The White House Project, a national non-profit aimed at increasing the number of women in leadership roles within the United States, is hosting it's annual EPIC (Enhancing Perceptions in Culture) Awards ceremony.  While the tickets for the main dinner are expensive, lucky for you (and me) the AFTER PARTY is not!! This is the time when everyone can get together to celebrate the past, present, and future of female leadership!

This year's after party will include music by DJ SeekTen, who has done much around Brooklyn including the New Year's Eve bash, an OPEN BAR, celebrity hosts including Aleksa Palladino from HBO's hit show "Boardwalk Empire", and graphics and screenings of the new acclaimed Sundance film festival documentary, Miss Representation, which exposes the under and often objectifying representation of women in today's media.  The party goes from 10 pm to 12 am at the IAC Headquarters in NY, NY and will be a lot of fun!  The tickets are $25.
