 A benefit performance and auction for the Pastie-AID Emergency Fund!
For one night only DC and Baltimore's performance community pull together to raise money for uninsured burlesquers, variety artists and vaudevillians! Featuring amazing performances by: Mab just Mab, Eva Brontosaurus, UkeCordionPocalypse, Swami YoMahmi, Shortstaxx, Clovis, Spanky Roundbottom, Wham Bam Pam, Malibu, Moira Lee, Paco Fish, Miss Joule, Anna Fiametta and Tony Apollo! As if that weren't enough there'll also be some amazing auction items: signed copies of James Taylor's sideshow book, "Shocked and Amazed", photos from Stereo Vision Photography, a homemade hula hoop from Miss Joule, a tiny top hat from Malibu, an accordion lesson from Baska D'Joy, a bellydance lesson from Belladonna and artwork by some of DC's biggest art stars including Todd Gardner, Jared Davis, Steve Strawn and Scott Brooks! And the evening is being deliciously MCed by yours truly and Mab, just Mab! So come support those folks who twirl their tassles, eat fire and walk on broken glass all for your entertainment. |
