This National Volunteer Week (April 10-16, 2011), Swish invites you to clear out your pantries, closets, heads and spirits and join us! We are holding a Swish Spring Cleaning Day – a contribution drive on Saturday, April 16, 2011 to benefit Sylvia’s Place, a NYC-based emergency overnight shelter for LGBTQ youth that provides hot meals, clothing, showers, case management, physical and mental health medical services and court advocacy.
NYC volunteers can bring their items to East of Eighth at 254 West 23rd Street between 7th and 8th Avenues. |
