(map) With more than 12 exhibitions and 30 public programs, this project centers around 25 acclaimed contemporary women artists from the Middle East, including Lebanese artist Zeina Barakeh. Their work, in a variety of media, challenges Western stereotypes and addresses the artists’ multiple identities.
