Any Resemblance is a multidisciplinary narrative performance project following Maddy and Audrey, a queer interracial couple trying to have a baby. When the project premieres in June, you will be able to follow the characters in real time through their Facebook profiles and blogs. This performance is a single, stand-alone episode in the narrative.
This episode takes a frank, honest look at pregnancy and interracial relationships. It deals head-on with fears of birth complications, sexuality in pregnancy, and the difficulties of intimacy across racial constructs. The performance is 15 minutes long and is free! Food will be served.
Performances at 4:30 PM and 5:30 PM.
