The Brooklyn Comics and Graphics Festival is an annual curated event organized by Desert Island, PictureBox and Bill Kartalopoulos. It consists of four parts: artists and publishers displaying and selling publications; gallery exhibitions; films and performances; and lectures and conversations on comics. The festival is open and free to the public. The 2012 Festival will occur on Saturday, November 10, at Mt. Carmel church in Brooklyn with some additional satellite locations. WHERE: Our Lady of Mt.
