BUST Magazine Holiday Craftacular and Food Fair 2012- Apply Now Until October 26!

BUST Magazine is pleased to announce our annual Holiday Craftacular and Food Fair on December 1 + 2, 2012! This year, we will once again deck the halls of 82 Mercer in SoHo, New York, NY with indie artisans and food vendors galore. To apply to become a vendor at the BUST Magazine Holiday Craftacular and Food Fair, please do the following: 1) Complete the application form below by October 26, 2012. 2) Pay the non-refundable $10 application fee ($20 for shared tables). To pay by credit card online, click here. You may also pay by check or money order made payable to BUST Magazine (c/o Craftacular, 18 W 27th St, 9th Floor, New York, NY 10001). Payment must be postmarked by October 26, 2012. Your application is non-refundable. 3) If you do not have a website where we may view samples of your products, please email 3 images of your products to craftacular@bust.com 4) If you are applying for a shared table, please indicate the other vendor you are planning to share with on your application form. Shared vendors should apply using one application form, not two separate forms. If you wish to share a table, but need us to pair you up with another vendor, please indicate that in your application. You will still have to pay the $20 application fee; that will cover the cost of matching you up with another vendor. That's it! We will notify all applicants of their status on October 29, 2012. Full booth payments will be due by November 9, 2012. You should use your mouse or TAB key to move from field to field within the form. Some browsers may cause the form to be submitted prematurely if you use the ENTER key. *indicates a required field.

Vending Application Terms and Conditions

I understand that BUST Magazine reserves the right to deny any vendor's application if her or his work does not meet the criteria or is not considered appropriate for sale at the BUST Magazine Craftacular. I understand that if accepted as a vendor for BUST Magazine's Craftacular, I must pay the remaining booth fee on top of the initial $10 application fee ($20 for shared tables) to reserve my booth by November 9, 2012. My booth fee will be non-refundable once I am selected as a vendor and have paid in full. I understand that I am agreeing to operate my booth as a seller for the entire duration of the BUST Magazine Craftacular. I agree to clean up after myself and leave my space free of all garbage at the end of the event. I understand that BUST Magazine and the BUST Magazine Craftacular Coordinators are not responsibly for loss, theft, or damage of any items.
