The longest I've ever biked was about 90 miles and that nearly killed me, and I'm only 32! If you like this story you should check out a very inspiring documentary I saw a few months ago called 'Mary and Bill'. Mary is a 90 year old triathlete and Bill is an 83 year old high jumper.
