More good news, marriage rights-wise. We all know that last week Iowa granted same-sex couples the right to marry. Now, Vermont has legalized gay marriage - the state legislature voted to override Governor Jim Douglas'; veto of the bill they had approved. Also, the District of Columbia is going to start recognizing gay marriages from other states as legal.Hopefully more states will follow suit.
