We still haven't gotten over the horrendous comments and actions of fat-hate coming from Abercrombie & Fitch CEO Mike Jeffries. Luckily we can always count on Ellen to poke fun at such insanely ridiculous situations like these, and that's just what she did on her show last Friday. She has one thing to say to Abercrombie: "Fitch, please!" Not only is this clip hilarious, DeGeneres ends with a truly inspiring anti-fat-hate message about ...

In her usual funny but pointed way, Ellen has called out the Boy Scouts on their rather un-scout-ly policy of banning gay men from their organization. In a clip from a recent episode, Ellen puts in her two cents about the Boy Scouts' decision to postpone their vote on whether to allow the participation of openly gay members and leaders in the future. In her support of allowing gay members, Ellen mentions that they will be following the ...

I know.
Even better though, Bic actually had the gall to ask awesome feminist Ellen DeGeneres to be their spokesperson for these lady pens, and asked her to be in a commercial, which Ellen said on her show ...

I’ve been following the activities of One Million Moms ever since the group attacked JC Penney for hiring out lesbian Ellen DeGeneres as a spokeswoman. A branch of the American Family Association (officially classified as a hate group), the club of angry moms with too much time on their hands has since whined against JC Penney to no avail, got up in arms over a GAP ad featuring a gay couple, and decried an ...

And the year continues to be totally excellent for funny ladies.
Earlier today it was announced that Ellen DeGeneres would be receiving the 15th annual Mark Twain Prize for American Humor. Her "unique brand of humor" and ability to find "hilarity in the mundane" has helped her join the ranks of past winners like Whoopi Goldberg, Lily Tomlin, and Steve Martin. She acknowledged the honor in her typical Ellen-ish way, saying, "To get the same ...

First of all, I hope everyone stayed safe this weekend throughout the storm! I also hope that you were surrounded by good food and company. Speaking of food, recently I’ve changed my diet and decided to gradually ease into vegetarianism. It’s really much easier than I anticipated it’d be! For the past two weeks I’ve focused on eating more fruits and veggies daily, as well as cutting ...
