Perhaps the most remarkable part of this week’s episode of Girls was the insane backlash that it immediately sparked on the internet. The credits hadn’t even begun to roll when trolls came out of the digital woodwork to hate on the fact that Lena Dunham’s character Hannah managed to bag herself a mega-hottie like Patrick Wilson’s Joshua.  Commenters were outraged by Dunham's audacity, crying that someone as attractive as Patrick Wilson ... It’s queeny and funny and honestly, who cares. Let’s move on, shall we? We haven’t heard a whole lot from Jessa so far this season, minus ... Read More
As if writing and acting in Girls, taking on haters, and making bold pants-less fashion statements wasn’t enough, Lena Dunham is working on a whole new show. Dunham and Girls showrunner Jenni Konner are working with HBO on a new comedy based on the forthcoming memoir of Betty Halbreich, a Bergdorf Goodman personal shopper and generally badass old lady. Halbreich’s memoir, All Dressed Up and Nowhere to Go, will likely cover the 36 years she has spent ... Read More
