Monday, for the first time in NYC, federal prosecutors utilized the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act to convict two men with blocking the entrance of a Planned Parenthood in Manhattan.
Both men will be sentenced June 10th. They will face a maximum of six months and a maximum $10,000 fine.
In light of the circus in Oklahoma, it's nice to know that some government folks are working to make access to abortions easier.
