It looks like Wendy Davis, the Texas State Senator who made headlines back in June for her 11 hour filibuster of a bill that would expand abortion restrictions, is just getting started. According to Politico, Davis has been telling Democrats that she plans to run for governor in 2014.

Looks like the Senate bathrooms might need a makeover.
Newly reelected Minnesota Democrat Amy Klobuchar recently spoke about one consequence of having a record number of women senators: a line in the bathroom.

On Tuesday, Senate Republicans blocked the Paycheck Fairness Act, a bill that would have ensured women be paid the same amount as their male counterparts.
