Ok, this is the most bizarre tribute to The Golden Girls EVER. And possibly the weirdest thing you'll see today.  Artist James Kuhn can paint his face to look like pretty much anything. From Shrek, to a human hot dog face, his work shows a deeper dedication to lipstick, powder and paint than Marilyn Manson (who, incidentally I think he has also imitated). What you are seeing here though is THREE GOLDEN GIRLS covering his entire head. Watch the video too, for ... Read More
A Holiday Message to a loved one on the Jersey Shore.Believe this...This is an actual un-touched photo I shot while sitting in my car at the Welsh Farms convenience store in Neptune, NJ, enroute to my grandparents for Christmas Day. I'm not even sure how the universe aligned so perfectly to capture this. (!!!) It's little nuggets of brilliance like this that make me happy to be alive, and whistle while I work and all that. To join in on the inspiration, go ... Read More
Dragging someone who is vocal about hating comedy to a comedy show, in three degree weather, is potentially more of a laugh riot than said show could ever hope to be; however, when my friend and I braved the icy NYC winds to see Sandra Bernhard perform a sold out show at Joe's Pub last night, she for sure managed to pull off entertaining us even better than we entertain ourselves.  Live comedy can be a painful, awkward, mortifying experience, and yet certain ...
