Join in New York City’s Largest Celebration of Midwifery! Hosted by the New Space for Women’s Health and the American College for Nurse Midwives, the 6th annual Miles for Midwives 5K race will be followed by a picnic where you can meet midwives and midwife-advocates from throughout the Tri-State Area. Bring your friends, enjoy a lovely autumn day in Prospect Park, and support midwifery on October 5th, 2008. Race starts at 10am. Picnic starts at noon.
