The Gene Siskel Film Center will be showing a new documentary called Passion & Power: The Technology of Orgasm. Riddled with tongue-in-cheek humor, the film documents the history of the electric vibrator form 19th century medical use to reemergence in the 1970s as the means by which many women learned to take control of their own sexuality. Sexologist Betty Dodson, performance artist Reno, and author Rachel Maines are some of the individuals seen in this documentary.
