Presenting a six-part anti-war montage, Dance is a Weapon (2007),

explores political and social activism issues of the 1930s. Dances are

choreographed by Isadora Duncan, Eve Gentry, Sophie Maslow, Jane Dudley, and

Martha Graham.; and Appalachian Spring (1947), an official event of Carnegie

Hall’s Japan/NYC Festival, focuses on the decades of long creative partnership

between sculptor Isamu Noguchi and Martha Graham, choreographed by Martha

Graham with sets by Isamu Noguchi.
