City Wing Tsun will be holding its monthly women's self defense class at our Midtown headquarters. This one-hour class is packed with useful information and practical training that can be used against an attacker should an incident ever occur. This is a FREE class, so if you have ever been interested in self defense, now is your chance to find out what it's really all about. Adults ages 18 and up only please, however minors may attend with a parent or guardian present.
