I'm a 36E. Bit big for my liking, tbh. I think a C cup would make me quite happy.

There isn't an exclusively breastfeeding thread, but there are a few child threads. I believe it's the bustie mom's of not so wee ones, and there is the pregnancy thread.

I have what my mom called "ACDC" boobies. In one day, I go from a milk-engorged DD down to probably a B when the little guy is really hungry.
BTW, I have noticed quite a few other Busties bringing up breastfeeding and BFing into the toddler years. Is there a thread for this subject?? -------------------- "The U.S. is the only nation on Earth to pass from barbarism into decadence without once passing through an era of civilization."

I am 36 DD (love em!)
during high school I was always a large C...later a D toward the end of school. I had always been a svelte yet curvy gal. College however bumped them to a double D and was most unkind to my weight. Whatever To find bras I usually have to buy them from a specialty store... which during high school always really annoying to me. It seems that retail stores only stock smaller sizes and I used to miss out on all the fun colors and patterns. Plus mine were always so much more expensive. Boo. |

Allison, I was addressing what you said which was that the larger cup sizes were "beyond what I can comprehend or imagine". Obviously if you've seen incredibly large breasted women on the street then there's nothing to imagine.

i have very basic A's that expanded when i was pregnant and breastfeeding and now 'deflated', but not as flat-chested as before. i breastfed my daughter on demand and now we still do it about twice a day, she's 2 years 3 mths old. my nipples have gone from perky and tight to floppy and big knob. my bodyshape is a lot more womanly than before i had a child. i have always wondered what it's like to have breasts that you can 'carry'. when i lift my top both my husband and child make that sound of seeing what they like, or liking what they see. (this is beyond answering the main question...) |

allison, you might think that you don't know anyone who is larger than a D or DD but here's the thing: most women aren't fitted properly. I recently just got a proper fitting and was told that I am a 42F. My mom was told that she is a 36/38F. The woman beside me needed a G cup. And yet, all three of us had been told by department stores that we were 40DD. I find it hard to believe that you truly cannot comprehend larger cup sized. You've never walked down the street and seen a woman with absolutely gigantic tits? Candycane- Of course I have seen women with giant breasts in public. What I meant was that I do not know any woman personally with giant breasts of F or G or greater. I must live a sheltered life, LOL. |

And yet, all three of us had been told by department stores that we were 40DD. I just had a similar experience getting new bras. I'd been naively going to Victoria's Secret since I was a teenager. and they always told me I was a 34DD. It wasn't until I went to Nordstrom a couple weeks ago, where they have a much broader size range from all different companies, that I found out my size was completely different. !@#$% VS gave me that size so that it would still fit into their selection and I'd still buy from them. And of course the only ones they carried in that size are the boring, full coverage ones. Why is it so fucking difficult for VS to make sexy bras for bigger cup/band sizes??!! It's not some special feat of technology-which leads me to believe that they simply don't think women beyond a certain size are sexy enough to wear cute bras, right?? Soooo I happily bought several sexy, lacy, girly bras in my correct size from Nordstrom. These are the first ones I've ever had :P And I'm boycotting VS-their underwear falls apart in like a month anyway. -------------------- I pledge allegiance to and wrap myself in the flag of the United States Against Anything Un-American and to the Republicans for which it stands, two nations, under Jesus, rich against poor, with curtailed liberty and justice for all except blacks, homosexuals, women who want abortions, Communists, welfare queens, treehuggers, feminazis, illegal immigrants, children of illegal immigrants, and you if you don't watch your step. -Matt Groening, Life in Hell |

Plain old 34C here.
But, that's okay, I'm living in an asian country and even in all my average-sized glory I feel huge compared to the women here. The other day I read some dude's list of "You know you've been in Taiwan too long when..." and one of them was "foreign women seem big." Not to derail the thread too much, but the differences in body type are pretty stark, the average size here would be considered slender as hell back in the U.S. Interesting from an anthropological perspective. |

Wow, a lot of larger cup sizes here, beyond what I can comprehend or imagine. I hardly know anyone larger than a D-DD.

Either a 36 or 38 D. Was fitted at Victoria's Secret and she said I was between a D and DD. I love my boobs. They're my biggest asset and what I love most about my body. I have to have a bit of a gut to keep them, but that's ok.
I saw there was a Small Breast and Big Breast Support Thread, but I wasn't sure where I fit in there? I consider my boobs to be big... |

36 almost A.. I don't fit most bras. Sometimes the A is too big, other times it's too small. I don't know who's in charge of "sizing" bras, it's never accurate.
lifting can expand your ribcage? shit. It would definitely expand your ribcage measurement, yes! Lifting builds muscle in your upper body overall, including your upper and central back, which is probably where most of the growth would actually be. |
