I don't usually look in this thread, so I don't know if this has been posted before, but I found it on a piece of paper I've had since high school from a poster one of my teachers had on their wall. Turns out it wasn't the complete quote and thanks to the internet, I found the whole thing:

when we lose our curiosity and our interest in people and places and things around us, Then we grow old.
