He said a girl can be cute but not sexy, or sexy but not cute, but that the best for him was both.

And how exactly is a female supposed to know which of the categories listed above she is in? I personally cannot accept (or have a hard time accepting) that it's impossible for me to be sexy. I would rather be with no one than with someone who won't have sex with me because I'm cute. It's all very frustrating. If I was cute and didn't like sex so much, then this wouldn't be a problem and I could be happy not being sexy at all. Too bad my brain and looks clash.

As far as the porn goes, I don't really like the fake personalities that women have in videos. So I tend to like amateur better- people look real, and they look like they're actually enjoying themselves. Acted porn movies turn me off because the acting is so bad that it throws me out of the erotic headspace. Much like when men spit on women in porn. I can handle a lot, but the spitting just makes me go 'ick' more than some of the most hardcore sex stuff does. Don't know why. I'm not much for so-called 'erotic humiliation' though.

Angie, I completely agree with your insight about the "barely legal" porn. Many of the guys I've been with fall into this category - they are attracted by sweet, playful, casual girls rather than "sophisticated", hard sex queens.

Along a similar line, I asked my bf the "cute vs. sexy" question the other night. Oy vey, the guy is overly analytical! So I won't go into it all here. But the basic concept was that he likes both, sees them as largely overlapping, but cute implies "pleasant, appealing, attractive" whereas sexy just makes you think of sex. He said a girl can be cute but not sexy, or sexy but not cute, but that the best for him was both. He said that "cute" also has a size component - "big" girls aren't usually cute. He also said the 99.9% of the time when a guy calls a girl "cute" it's a compliment and a come-on. Think about that, those of you who've been offended by being called "cute".

Personally, I've been called cute a lot...and I don't mind a bit. As long as it's not like my boss saying it or something!

Wow, everyone sure took off on the Sasha Grey thing! Thanks for all the interesting comments. I was a bit dismayed to find everyone comparing themselves to her in terms of "34B" etc - that was NOT something I expected. I had no idea of her measurements nor do I care to compare myself to her in that way. I was thinking more in terms of a very different perspective for a porn star - unaugmented, taking herself seriously, calling her own shots - and being intrigued by it. Now I have to look up all the other chicks you all mentioned! Fun stuff.

And the pole dancing - yeah, I'd seen some of those videos and taken a couple classes myself. It's way harder than I expected! Pretty cool. I'd like to get good at it but man, it would take a lot of work.

I don't think I have ever seen a woman's picture altered to make her look smaller breasted. I wonder if it has ever happened in the history of the universe.

Um, I now have reason to try Urban Outfitters! Such CUUUUTE bralettes!! And reasonably priced!

And I totally agree about the V-necks. I only wear V's--no crew necks, ever. The consensus seems to be (in the fashion mags, anyhoo) that "V-necks are for showing ample bosomy cleavage" but the truth is they are more flattering to me than any other neckline. Just goes to show--wear what you like, feel comfy in, and works well for you,

that's the thing Aithinne, the reason I started thrifting was because my body shape was changing so fast and I got sick of buying clothes. Almost everything I bought earlier this year is too big. Including the summer shorts etc. Even though they are a womens Small. Not many places do an extra small in womens and honestly since I discovered juniors fit better I've been looking out for those brands rather than womens. I got some SO t-shirts for 99c each and figured if I wore them to bed they'd be worth it, well those are the tees I wear the most cos they fit perfectly. Even without a bra they look great smile.gif Not that I've had the courage to do that out yet. I have unruly nipples smile.gif

I agree on the cami's. which is strange because everything you read tells you not to get v necks if you are small in the chesticles department. I've always found a small v to be quite flattering for small busties.

Did anyone watch "medium" the other week with the woman who faked her rape and husbands death? At the end she had on a smokin black dress that looked great on her (our) body shape. I just wanted to reach through the tv and rip it off her and shove it in my closet, lol.

I know what you mean about junior sizes fitting better. Which is somewhat unfortunate because it's not always the type or style that I like to wear. I like more classic styles, which junior sizes tend to not have so much of. I tend to buy much of my clothes from Ann Taylor Loft.. Their prices are not too bad, and on sale day you can come away with some well made, nice clothing for not very much money. Plus, they seem to be made for smaller women. I really can't find another store that carries clothes I like in small enough sizes to fit me correctly without looking like a little girl putting on clothes two sizes too big. Their clothes make me feel like I've actually got curves, whereas most other places just make me feel like a curveless, androgynous...thing. Idk though, if you do thrift stores and make your own clothes, I guess my suggestion is not so helpful.

Also, another thing I've noticed about clothes... If you're smaller in the bust and are looking for a cami, I think the ones that are cut with a v-neck look better than ones that are cut straight across the chest. It seems kind of counter-intuitive, but I think the v-neck shirts give the illusion of more curve in the bust by drawing attention to it, but shirts cut straight across the chest make what boobies you do have disappear. The v-necks give a more hourglass illusion.

Ok here is something like the tops I bought yesterday http://www.forever21.com/product.asp?catal...501&Page=15 except the ones I bought were spaghetti strap halters. Also one has no back and just has 2 ties. You think we can pull these off? I 'think' they look ok, but I worry about the cups puckering? Maybe they are meant to a bit? I've seen some smallie celebs wear this kind of top and they pull it off ok?

The one I got a couple of weeks ago was this kind of style http://www.forever21.com/product.asp?catal...884&Page=26 sooo comfy and kinda dressy at the same time. just wore it with jeans and boots. Mine didn't have a banded hem though

Ok see I don't like lace, frills and girly. Heck I only just started wearing pink for heavens sake! I'm 37 at just got a pink t-shirt! So NOT a girly girl but I am trying to be a bit more 'dressy' for non work.

I guess I should mention that I thrift too, not buy at regular stores (and tryong to make my own clothes). Recently found that junior sizes fit me better than womens/misses as they are more fitted to my kind of figure I guess. They tend to be longer in the body or cropped properly too. I have always bought what I like rather than follow trends but that tends to set you in a rut and you end up 37 with a wardrobe full of the same thing. We need to branch out a little sometimes smile.gif

Jeans I have to be careful with as I have allergies to some metals, and the studs/buttons can cause problems. I found I am ok with Levi, LEI and Angel so far but not some others due to the metals they use. Yeah pain in the ass really smile.gif

I got some tops yesterday that I tried on and I think they look ok, but I need the cajones to wear them out! lol! I've been looking at some pics online of what the small busted celebs wear and then seeing if I can carry the same thing off. I do think a lot of it is confidence though. The top I bought a few weeks ago is like a boob tube with a halter coming from the center front tying at the back of the neck. I wore a strapless bra with it just give the girls a bit of a boost smile.gif I thought I looked great and felt it. Which is all that matters right?

nbdx0645 yep I noticed to stay away from scoop necks BUT will say that I have a couple of scoop neck sweater that look good over an open neck shirt. Just the layering I guess?

Trying to find some pics of the tops style I bought yesterday. If I felt up to it I'd model em and take pics, but I've been in my jammies all day, blergh

Personally, I like looser tops that drape,
like this rather than tight ones. Tight, clingy, or extremely low cut tops are not part of my wardrobe. To work I usually wear a tank with a cardigan over it or a casual button up shirt with the sleeves rolled up to the elbows. If I'm going out I usually aim for hip rather than overtly sexy.

Hi Spot-on. I have some clothing recommendations. I wear a lot of slightly sheer garments when I go out. I like wearing clothing that is somewhat 'girly' (I like lace, frills, embroidery, detailing.) I also really, really like fitted t-shirts. I like wearing fitted cover-ups (shoulder shrugs, bolero, capelets, blazers) to add fullness to my upper area, I'm slightly pear-shaped. I do wear 'boobie tops' but I wear a lace bralette underneath. Urban outfitters has fantastic bralettes. I bought a bunch from Lula Lu, and I realized that UO sells the ones I bought for cheaper, and in more colors.

Some stuff I avoid: full corsets (all you need is the half-corset) scoop necks, wide V-necks, and things that simply do not fit. When I try on a shirt, I try it on twice....once with a bra, and once without. Be careful with online shopping....sometimes you have to pay to ship it back, and pay again to receive the exchanged item.

I am looking for new places to shop. I like Urban Outfitters, Pitaya (it's a place on campus), Anthropologie, Mod Cloth (for dresses, especially) and Free People. Another tidbit of advice: I don't follow trends. Buy what you like. My wardrobe style is a bit of everything. I go to Plato's Closet for jeans; you can try on a dozen different manufacturers.

My perfect-fitting, sexy AA bra hook-up: http://search.urbanoutfitters.com/?q=bralette For AA's, I think the best shaping is done without underwire. if I could wear these without a top on, I sure would! tongue.gif

Yes, I often wonder why there's such a demographic for teen porn, which many small breasted ladies are in that group, and why there's not a similar demand for simply small breasted women (not teens) porn. Makes me think that it's more about the fantasy of pre-legal girls than it is about small boobies.

I actually think is the opposite. The "barely legal" category (most of the time girls are protrayed as just-turned-18, still "teenagers," but not pre-legal!) does encompass more than simply small, natural breasts. We were discussing many pages back about cuteness, and you were all complaining about being called cute - well, that's what the barely legal category is all about. Guys who want to see cute, sweet, pretty girls without plastic surgery go for this category. So do guys who just like small boobs. Porn manufacturuers are too lazy to make 2 separate categories, but either way, it's not pedophile fantasies, it's about a fantasy for innocent but adult and sexual "girl-next-door"

Ok sitting here on a Friday night, at home, with a beer sad.gif Sad I know but within the course of 2 hours I suddenly went from feeling fantastic, to feeling like my chest is exploding. Some cold/flu bug I suspect, all I know is I have enough snot and flegm for the whole of the bustie forum sad.gif All being well it's just a 24/48 hour thing. Anyway I'm bored and need to start a topic of small bustie conversation smile.gif

So I've recently lost 25lbs and now I need a new batch of clothing. I'm looking for top/dresses that look good on us smallies. I got a couple of spaghetti strap tops today and a cool top a few weeks ago. But its hard to know what I should be looking for to look good? Suggestions? pics would be great!

Wow, Stoya is smokin'! Best of all her body looks just like mine tiny boobs, ribs, less pronounced curves and all yet I don't see flaws when I look at her. I think her confidence is the sexiest part! I will be showing this to my boyfriend in case he doesn't know about her yet.

Wow, that girl Stoya doesn't look like a porn star at all. No offense to other porn stars, but she's too beautiful to be on porn. Gorgeous face and great body - I agree her breasts fit her perfectly, any bigger and she'd look weird. She has a very delicate body I think. Unlike standard porn stars with their huge implants (have you noticed that the bigger the implants, the uglier the face? - it's like they're trying to drive the attention away from their face). As a matter of fact, I'd say smaller chested porn stars like Sasha Grey and Stoya don't get implants because they don't need to - they already look smokin' the way they are.

Not really a fan of porn, but I've watched it out of curiosity to see what my boyfriend gets out of it. He said he only uses it when we haven't had action in a while, but he prefers me - and after watching it, I believe him. Nothing exceptional going on there, LOL.

Wow, you girls are all so talented! Well, I love music (listening and creating), cats, reading, drawing, painting and just doing anything creative. Not really active, but I've been working out lately, and now I'm hooked - plus I just feel very proud that now I get tired less often and just feel more energized and confident. I like that healthy feeling it's given me, even if I only work out a little (30 min. elliptical every day, strenght training three times a week). I admit I'm trying to shed a few pounds, but even if I don't the health benefits its given me make up for it.

That's very cool Anna, thanks for the info! Glad to see some smallies doing some sexy work!

I like seing the pole dancing cos it's sexy, graceful and empowering (just from a physcial standpoint the strength etc Anna mentioned, I get inspired by that). Plus if you look most of them have smaller boobs than strippers etc. It's moved into more of an artform now which I like. Unless you look at the Porn Pole Dancing (yes there is such a thing!) when it's all fake boobs, fake tans and crappy dancing. (IMO)

QUOTE(anna k @ Oct 23 2009, 07:58 AM) *
From what I've seen, Chloe and Aurora Snow don't really do the underage schoolgirl thing. Or maybe Aurora plays it up, but she's well-known now (she made a cameo in Superbad) and couldn't really pass as an unknown pretending to be a teenager. Chloe has this rough edge to her and doesn't do the schoolgirl thing, but she's about 37 or so now, so maybe way back in the day.

I love seeing the acrobatics of talented artists, and those women have such amazing strength and grace and beauty to do what they do. It's stunning.

Totally, it's definitely risen in the dance circles for sure, from just sleezy bars to an art/dance form of it's own. The current champ Felix Cane is more a dancer/gymnast in my opinion with her dance background, and right now she works with the Aussie Cirque Du Soleil! Powerful women indeed!

Yep check out the highlights on youtube, the best stuff starts about 1 min in. The isometric training they must do for the sheer strength to hold the positions is amazing! Remember they are supporting their whole body weight on the pole! The woman that won this year (Felix Cane) is so freaking amazing, seriously envious of her felxibility and strength.

World Poledancing Championships!!? Dang, I learn something new every day.

I checked out Stoya and OMG, she is beautiful. I didn't care for the other porn chicks mentioned here, but I am REALLY picky. I have to say, though, that at 40 I look at Stoya and feel like a mom--like, at 23 she seems VERY young, and who knows if she will one day regret getting started in porn so early? It's an industry where one has usually a short career, and with a stigma you carry forever.

Like I said, I feel somewhat mom-ish thinking these thoughts. smile.gif I remember, however, being 16, looking at 19 year olds and thinking they were grown-up, or being 10 and looking at teens the same way. It's all relative, I know. I must be turning into a mother hen, ha.
