Here's a quick answer for you, as far as your man goes. As long as you avoid sex during outbreaks (which is when the virus is most contagious), use condoms, and he takes antivirals (Valtrex, Famvir, Zovirax, acyclovir), your chance of getting herpes from him is low. Like, single-digit-percentages low. What else do you want to know? I like feeling useful and helpful! |

Just dropping in to say that May was officially my first outbreak-free month in I-can't-even-remember-how-long. At least 18 months, I know that much. It's about f'ckn time.
