I have also watched Paris Hilton's new BFF and was unable to change channel for two whole episodes.

I know! It's so compellingly, unabashedly fake! All reality TV is fake, of course, but it doesn't get much faker than BFF and Tila Tequila, and that's why I love them. I always wanna see how far they can take it. It's a bunch of fake people doing fake stunts and acting out fake, scripted little dramas so they can be fake best friends/lovers with a fake celebutante who they're all just pretending to like. It's faker than fiction.

Oh, god - Halloween candy. Especially when I was vegan, it was like my guiltiest pleasure - I'd hoard it and savour it for months, or keep it for emergencies. For me it's all about Reese's, Crispy Crunch and Wonderbars. Oh, and those super old-fashioned Halloween taffies in the black and orange wrappers that everyone hates! I'm one of the only people I know who'll eat them, which makes them not so guilty. I'm preventing senseless waste!

I admit it! I never heard "Paparazzi" until they used it to advertise the Westminster Kennel Show & now for some reason I like it. I am not proud of it, but I find myself singing it to myself at the oddest times.



And goddamnit, yes, Neil Diamond is corny as hell, but he's also infectious. I defy you to hear "Sweet Caroline" & not do the "bah bah bah" & "so good /so good!" out loud.

The Gaga is just sticky. I didn't like 'Pokerface' at all when I first heard it and dismissed it as derivative. Since then it's grown on me far too easily. I don't even want to hear 'Telephone' as I am afraid the same thing will happen. Also: that 38 Special sing from Whip It. My ears are getting lazy.

Current guilty pleasure: eating far too much pasta of a weekend while watching hours of catching-up TV shows and quaffing a nice Grenache. It's been a long winter!

Some commercial for something has been using "Flashing Lights" by Kanye West & for some reason I love it. I do not know why, as I am not wild about Kanye for the most part. In fact, I tend to call him Gay Fish in honor of dlisted's Michael K. I love that bitch.
