So I had to wear heels for 11 hours straight for work on Cinco de Mayo. The next day I was supposed to squat heavy, but I couldn't. This made me angry and inspired some research. I don't understand why high heels are thought of as "sexy" They are damn uncomfortable. Of course I can't wear them since I have built in foot and balance problems
